Due to the nature of websites, it is difficult to give a fixed price for our services. However, we can give accurate estimates based on your website requirements. Our goal is to provide you with an outstanding product and
ongoing service for the lowest price possible. We will also work with you on prices to insure you get the best value for your $. We give a 10% discount on the total price to Murphy/Plano Chamber of Commerce members.

- Monthly website access statistics report

- Up to 2 hours of website changes per month (after the 2 hours, each additional hour is $40).
- Unused hours will be accumulated up to 12 hours per year.

Consultation
We will consult with you about your business and how a website can help you in today’s marketplace. Some of the areas of discussion will be:
- Your business, product and services
- The type of website that would benefit you most
- Simple 1 or 2 page website giving basic information (About the business, contact information, map/directions)
- A more complex website listing all your products, with images and prices
- etc.
- How to use your website to best advantage
- Answer any questions you might have about having an Internet presence

Website Design & Publishing
The prices below are estimates only and should be used as a guideline for calculating potential costs. Due to the unique requirements of each business it is not possible to have a fixed price. For example, amount of content, number of graphics, photographs needed (see CAA Photography for pricing), number of layout pages, unique Web Design/Layout per client (instead of using common layouts), etc. all combine to cause a significant increase in the time required to develop a website. In general, we will charge $125 per page.

Sample Cost for a Small Business

Every customer’s pricing will be unique for website design/publishing. This is because of the unique nature of the business and customer requirements (amount of content, number of graphics, number of pages, etc.).
Below is an example of a small business that desired a consultation on having an Internet presence. After consultation, this business owner decided to have a website designed, published and have Searcy Web Design manage the hosting/website for 1 year. The consultation took 1 hour. A contract was signed for the services desired. An initial down payment of $250.00 was made.
Total Cost for 1 year of Hosting and Website management Hosting for 2 years, website design/publishing, hosting/website maintenance for 1 year would cost a maximum of $1135 if paying monthly, 1075 if paying quarterly, or 1035 if paying semi-annually on maintenance. This scenario would require $250 at contract signing, $425 prior to website publishing and either $40 p/month, $105 p/quarter or $190 semi-annually depending on the recurring maintenance billing selected.
